The University of the South Pacific, Fiji, 2017 – 2019

Pacific Centre for Environment and Sustainable Development

Client Need: Gain support in fundraising negotiations, strategy, and external communications to support their work as a unique, regional research centre, led by Dr. Beth Holland, a joint Nobel prize winner for her work in climate change science as part of the 2007 IPCC report.

Our Delivery: Raising both regional and international awareness for the significant work the centre academic undertake, which directly impacts their communities in the South Pacific and contributes to the global body of research. Supporting the Directors’ attendance of the 2018 Pacific Climate Change Conference in New Zealand, with publicity campaigns to champion their local research. Editing the 2017 and 2018 Annual Reports, as well as consulting on the Centre's future strategic plans and fundraising opportunities for 2019-2022.

Canah International S.R.L, Romania, 2017

Powered by Canah, endurance swimmer Avram Iancu campaign

Client Need: Achieve brand exposure and media coverage from sponsoring endurance athlete, Avram Iancu, to swim the entire Danube river from start to finish across Central Europe. 

Our Delivery: Event promotion in the UK, Germany, and the USA, seamlessly coordinating with the World Open Water Swimming Association and our team across three time zones. Successfully collaborating with event partner WOWSA to publish daily updates of the athlete’s progress and promote Canah across several of their channels. Securing industry publication media coverage. Ultimately this resulted in an athlete nomination for the title of World Open Water Swimmer 2017.

CANAH Hemp Essentials, tenth anniversary

Client Need: In celebration of a decade of growing business, Europe’s largest hemp manufacturer, Canah, wanted to expand its digital presence to connect with new export markets.

Our Delivery: Conducting thorough market research to assess the unique 'love mark' features of the Canah brand. Using these insights, the entire Canah staff team was engaged in participating in and supporting the production of new digital marketing collateral and launching a social media presence, together with refining the company’s mission and vision.

Waikato Three Waters Research Study

Client Need: Extensively research the establishment of a shared water service across the Waikato, designed to inform all stakeholders of the practical ramifications of the proposal.

Our Delivery: Conduct a thorough business case study, develop and facilitate negotiation workshops using role-play techniques for representatives of local government. Ultimately present the consultant recommendations and options to both officials from the three districts and the wider community.

Australian & UAE Trade Opportunities: Spotlight on Agribusiness / Water

Client Need: Showcase Victorian industries and technology solutions in Abu Dhabi at a half-day conference, in support of the Victorian Government Trade Mission. 

Our Delivery: Develop an engaging conference theme, including research on key domestic water issues. Brief and coordinate speakers from across Australian and UAE industry representatives. Ultimately execute and chair the summit.

Client Need: Design a range of marketing collateral in support of a debut publication launch.

Our Delivery: Consulting on visual design for final book layout, creating a website, publicity materials and securing media coverage for the author. Broker a collaboration between the author and iconic menswear label Gieves & Hawkes, supporting the soft launch of the book in London.
